Black Shirt Umpire Registration & Class 1

PLEASE NOTE:

-Booklets and forms are on the website – please print training booklets from the website – they will not be available at the class.

-Fees for the class are $60.00 per junior umpire – Checks, money orders or cash.

-Copy of birth certificate to verify age – we will not be keeping the copy or original.

-Please have all paperwork filled out and signed with the fee at the first meeting. If fee has not been paid by the test date, the junior umpire will not be issued the umpire equipment.
